Guest：Good, decent size apartment with great outdoors and good overall amenities. Was not impressed with being asked to check in 2 hours late after a very long /tiring trip from Canada. A/C unit in main bedroom wasn’t working during our 10 days stay and they weren’t able to get it serviced. Kitchen had foul smell. Everything else was acceptable.

Guest：We had a fabulous stay at villas joinal. It is a fantastic family friendly small resort. It has two pools, one of which is a small kids pool. Every villa has its own garden with bbq and table/chairs and sunloungers. There’s a little playground which my kids loved. It’s in a good location with beautiful beaches and good restaurants just a short drive away. The villas are quite dated but that didn’t really matter, the only thing which was wrong which is why I didn’t offer 5 stars (as well as the villas being dated) is because our air con in the main room didn’t work properly and they tried to fix it but couldn’t. The villas are well maintained by a great housekeeping team, towels are changed every third day and inside cleaned at the same time, but they clean the garden and bbq daily if you use it. We had a great stay and would return.

Guest：Great stay - peaceful and quiet, well equipped and a lovely pool, 15 min wlak to beach, 10 min wlak to spar and easy access via Uber to albufeira town. Nice restaurants nearby and able to bbq.

Guest：Nice cosy Place. Pictures on their home page are very old; it is not luxury - It is very fine and average but the houses (inside) are a bit worn out. Gardening maintenance is High, But inside of the houses could use a brush up. Recommendable for Small families with smaller children for a few days. A Car is needed to get around.
