同程会员_B12CED5104C：这是我住过的同类价格里最差的酒店，首先电梯是坏的，我们不得不拖着沉重的行李箱爬6楼。房间有老鼠和蟑螂，卫生很差，灯也是坏的，被子一股烟味，反正就是呆不下去，只想退房了，却被告知系统记录已经入住10分钟了，不能退，意思是我爬楼就用了10分钟？好吧，总台给换了房间，还是住下了。第二天出门回到酒店，打不开房门，电话一问才知道要在总台刷卡才行，***，只想骂人，你就不能提前温馨提示一下?来回爬了12层楼，天气热，有老有小，天气闷热。想起来就气，这样的酒店打死也不会去了。
