Guest：Best hotel I've been to in China! - breakfast buffet til noon and there's snack bar at night as well - the buffet had lots of varities, chinese and western mix, with lots of fresh fruits - room design was super nice. Love the avoid-falling signal sound when I put my hands too close to the window - large TV screen with many chinese web stream apps (there were both free and vip contents, can use your account to log in) - free drinks (coke and schweppe) in the fridge everyday - standard & quality cleanliness. Very comfy bedding - food delivery robot - super nice services. All the staff were very helpful. We left a pair of slippers there and they also called back to ask if we still want it or not. - the room was a bit dark but in case of doing makeup, there were make-up mirror with light in the bathroom zone as well

Guest：Excellent hotel stay. Its even better than the Beijing sister branch at Qianmen. Highly recommended, it super easy to get to anywhere. Great daily buffet breakfast with noodles made to order and free daily evening supper. The hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and approachable. If I were to come Haikou again, I will book this hotel again for sure. Thank you CitiGO Haikou.
