Guest：Great location and enjoyable breakfast. The hotel is within walking distance of Wangfujing Pedestrian Street (步行街). The hotel also upgraded our stay to include free access to the laundry room, which we truly appreciated, especially during the cold winter, when doing laundry is essential to keep clothes clean and fresh.: 2025-12-01

Guest：Nicely situated next to metro with local food options around. Washing machines and dryers were insufficient in the evening. Doesn't help when guests wash and dry clothes on long cycles. The newer LG washers at newer China hotels are better. The top external ledge of wardrobe is showing a layer of dust.: 2025-12-01

Guest：friendly desk staff, speak english. room was clean and big, more like a 5 star hotel rather than 4. basically near every major hub u can think of. If you want to visit historical places dont go between 4-9pm, or you’re gonna get stuck in traffic. Starbucks a 10 sec walk across the hotel everything went well.: 2025-12-01

Guest：We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Park Plaza Beijing Wangfujing from 20-30 December 2025. The hotel is a 25-minute walk away from the main shopping belt at Wangfujing. With convenience shops and eateries nearby. The staff here were marvellous, from the front desk staff who helped us with the bookings of local attractions when we couldn’t figure out how to use WeChat. They also advised us which places needed advance booking and those you can purchase on the spot. A real extra value-added service. A particular staff member stood out. Mr Wang Yue Long, who is the concierge, handled our incoming Taobao and food delivery directly to the room via a robot. His smile and positive attitude really made us feel at home. We will definitely recommend this hotel.: 2025-12-01
