  • Guest：The staff were so lovely and friendly. We had a great stay. Pool was lovely for a relaxing swim.
  • Guest：The property was quite good, especially on the budget. The shower was slightly leaky, and the shower gel and shampoo were missing (only conditioner present). The major downside was when we asked for help or clarification the receptionist was quite rude and dismissive, stayed on her phone, etc. which really took away from the experience.
  • Guest：The bathrooms don't have fans or an opening window so it can get very steamy and slippery, especially if travelling with kids.
  • Guest：Arrived was booked in then told without explanation or apology to come back in an hour which threw our planned day into disarray, I thought we should have been offered a complimentary something or a late check out but nothing. My advice is not to plan in advance and arrive well after 2.00 pm apart from that everything else was very good as far as room etc.
