Guest：As Muslim travellers, we appreciate that the breakfast offered several vegetarian options including steam corn, sweet potatos and pumpkins, vegetables, boiled eggs and fresh fruits. During check in the staff were very kind and helpful, making the effort to translate to ensure clear and smooth communication. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

Guest：周一十点到酒店，就愉快的给我们开房了，周六下午也给延时到2点退房，特别的好沟通～孩子的小玩偶落下，人家立即帮忙邮寄，感谢。 我们订的家庭房，俩大一小没压力～房间也没有任何异味～在这里住了三晚。对面就是万达，还有各种小饭店，前台美女帮忙推荐的老厨家，让我们这次哈尔滨之旅从一开始就吃得开心～ 因为三天住宿的房间是同行朋友订的，我只能在离开前的钟点房评价啦。
