Guest：I had a wonderful stay in Landscape Hotel, thanks to the support and dedication of the concierge/front desk agent named 鑫鑫. I contacted her even 1.5 month before the trip, asking lots of questions and she always replied in a few minutes or even less, no matter what time it was. She also helped me to connect with outsiders which provides extra service per my request (I wanted a to have afternoon tea at a nearby river, which shown in the below picture). 鑫鑫 was super helpful and I cannot express how much appreciated I am. Hotel breakfast also really good with lots of options and tasty. The hot spring and skii/snowboarding service that inclu?e in my room was on top!! A huge plus!! Besides, hotel design and decoration was great, the room was big and beautìul, I regret of not taking pictures of the room and hotel surrounding the most. Overall. this place and people here are 10/10!

Guest：Subject: An Exceptional Stay Defined by Remarkable Service and Comfort I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The level of service here is world-class, particularly the housekeeping team. When I found my room a bit too warm and realized the windows were fixed, the staff proactively provided a fan to improve airflow. This, combined with the in-room humidifier, ensured a perfect night’s sleep. The room amenities were also incredibly thoughtful and comprehensive. The hotel facilities are a major highlight. The hot springs offer an impressive variety of both indoor and outdoor pools. Furthermore, the logistics are handled seamlessly; the shuttle service to and from the High-Speed Rail station was very convenient. For those visiting Changbaishan, the hotel offers a direct bus service (provided you have a ticket), which made my trip stress-free. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Da Ling and Yin Ling. Their attentive care and constant check-ins throughout my stay made me feel truly valued and were the highlights of my trip. The dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of delicious options, and the on-site restaurant served a diverse menu where every dish was flavorful. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed. I will certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Guest：冲着温泉来的，定了二号楼的房间，环境挺好的，布景也很可爱，接站送站服务也很方便。 温泉室内室外很多个池子，入住后无限次泡，感觉还是很值的。 房间挺大，也很干净，除了电视有点老没有什么毛病。二号楼离吃饭和温泉都挺近的，性价比很高。工作人员服务态度都特别好，餐厅也挺好吃。 送了滑雪票，但是我和我妈俩人没用上，酒店直通长白山也很方便，总之体验很好，下次还来！
