  • Guest：We arrived very late and the reception was open and the staff extremely nice. Very good room, clean, big, free wifi. Breakfast delicious. We left the car in the parking (to be paid) during our visit to the Concentration Camp that is reachable in 3 min walking. Definitely recommended.
  • Guest：If one has adequate time, it is good to break up a visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau and stay nearby overnight. I didn't wish to be herded along such a significant site in the space of a day including the 1.5 hours drive each way from Krakow. I had Room 312 on the top floor, with a glimpse of part of the Auschwitz camp and overlooking a supermarket car park. My room was large, quiet and very comfortable and the staff were all very friendly and happy to help. It is about 20 mins walk to the entrance of the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum. They have built a new Visitor's Centre quite recently so the entrance location has changed. I asked the hotel to book me a taxi (very reasonable rate) from the hotel to save my legs. Worth it as the sites of both camps are simply vast. One can catch a bus from just opposite the hotel into the little town of Oswiecim but to get back to Auschwitz Museum at a certain time seemed more difficult. The language barrier didn't help. Had dinner at the hotel - all good, not a vast range to choose from but they serve excellent freshly-squeezed orange juice and have a well-stocked bar.
  • Guest：Due to the season, this hotel was mostly empty. We were treated to a clean, comfortable, quiet place that was totally attentive to us. Breakfast was huge and tasty, a big spread was put out even tho we were the only people in the breakfast room the entire time we ate. Parking was a reasonable 30 polish, check in and out was super quick and easy, and our room was very lovely. It is basically across the street from the Auschwitz entrance, so it was very convenient. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family.
  • Guest：I stayed in this hotel also due to its location which makes Hotel Imperiale an ideal point for cyclists starting the cycling adventure with Wi?lańska Trasa Rowerowa. Hotel is also located in walkable distance fron Auschwitz so if this is one of your main reasons why you visited O?wi?cim then you can't be closer. At the same time you're just 3 kms away from the City Centre & attractions such as the town hall, King's Castle, Jewish Museum-synagogue & boulevard. My room was tidy and neat, the bathroom clean and well stocked, there was a kettle, TV, tea & coffee – all any traveller could want! Air-condition works very well. The towels were thick and luxurious. The WIFI at this hotel is steady and fast. Menu is very rich and breakfast is real feast with variety of options to choose from (take a look on a pictures in the gallery). They have parking onsite. There is peace and quiet here, life goes much slower than in a city centre. Away from the hustle and bustle and everyday problems. You will find 13 pictures of the hotel in my gallery. I will be recommending Hotel Imperiale to anyone who is looking clean, comfortable and modern place to stay.
