Guest：This is one of the hotels that we as a family had nothing to complain about, the staffs are very warm and eager to help. Nice food/beverages. As long as you can afford travel to Switzerland this hotel is a go to place, with it's breathtaking views. We love here ??
Guest：This hotel sits in a gorgeous seat on Lake Luzern, complete with magnificent views, amazing sunset experiences, a secret lakeside private sauna, pretty rooms, and a terrific breakfast. It sits right near the train/funicular that takes one up to the top of Mt Rigi (special hiking and views). Relaxing sitting room and delightful spa. The lakeside restaurant opened just for us on a beautiful warm fall day.
Guest：We had an incredible experience at this hotel. We had the most beautiful view of the lake from our balcony. The room was modern and tastefully decorated and the bed was comfortable. Loved the provided robes, flip flops, beach bag and beach towels in the room. Husband used the gym which was decent, the sauna and jacuzzi were great. We used the paddle boards too. The breakfast was amazing. Can’t say enough about this place! The only criticism is that the coffee station on our floor was not kept stocked of clean cups and spoons.
Guest：Absolute perfection. There is nothing at all to fault at Hotel Vitznauerhof. It is exceptional. Swiss hospitality at its very best. Raphael and his team there are first class and all so very friendly. We were only meant to be there a night or two, but loved it so much we extended our stay twice and we can't wait to return. I'm loathed to write this review because it is such a hidden gem of a place that I don't really want to share it with anyone, but really, the truth is, it is SO GOOD that everyone should go stay there at least once. Though be warned, once you do stay there, you won't want to stay anywhere else.
