Guest：We stayed here for one night on the 28th December. The hotel is in a great location, only 6-7 mins walk from Llandudno town centre and only a few minutes walk to the beach. The hotel itself is lovely and clean and the owner is very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast catered for everyone and was tasty, hot and generous and what was nice was we got to choose a time slot for breakfast, which with other b&b’s we’ve found that you are allocated a time, so this was a nice surprise. There is ample parking on the street with no parking restrictions, and a few spaces on the front of the property. We parked on the street and there were no issues. The room itself was nice, clean and warm with a lovely bed and bedding, and a large tv with plenty of channels to choose from. The en-suite bathroom was also very nice and modern. We would highly recommend this lovely B&B and we will definitely be staying here again.

Guest：Lovely hotel located near centre of Llandudno.Room lovely and warm so quiet . Excellent breakfast choices something for everyone.The hosts were lovely would definitely recommend this guesthouse .Short walk into Llandudno also no problem parking

Guest：Excellent what is not to like. Excellent hosts, beautiful modern rooms we stayed in room 2 on 27th December to 30th December 2024 for my birthday. Gorgeous room quiet street view, Excellent breakfast. Will be back, close to Orme, shops and bars.

Guest：Very disappointed that the owner couldn’t come back to us on the first day of us complaining that the wall by the bed was wet and damp.Second day of us having to tell the owners about the damp he was very suppressed of this so i take it that our first complaint wasn’t taken seriously.The bedding and new mattresses felt damp and very cold and i couldn’t sleep at all.Our children had paid for us to stay her as a xmas present to stay for 2 night and we were going to pay for an extra night stay.We were offerd to chaned bedroom but on the reflection that i hadn’t sleept and we weren’t offered any refund and it had spoilt our weekend we left early
