Guest：Location isn’t exactly the city center but it’s close enough, friendly staff & clean rooms— the only flaw was that my room was a non smoking room but it still smelled like smoke. But overall, good experience, definitely recommend!: 2023-08-01

Guest：Lovely service, though a little slow at breakfast (nobody behind the buffet, I thought it was self-service). The room was clean and well stocked. The only things I'd change would be the fire alarm/emergency lights in room are very bright, and the drains needed cleaning to drain faster. Food was lovely, but a wider choice for dinner would be appreciated. The room service menu differs too much to the menu at dinner. Good location near airport & train stations for getting into the city & to other areas like Pompei, Herculaneum, Sorrento etc. Room was very clean and comfortable.: 2023-09-01
