We were very happy and comfortable throughout our stay there We just wanted to gently highlight one small thing — the air conditioner was very cold, which was good, but the sound was a bit loud (bunyi terlalu kuat). Other than that, everything was great. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and truly appreciate the excellent service.

The room was spacious, bright, and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials: comfy bed, soft pillows, mini-fridge, and a spot-perfect workspace. The sleep quality was impressive… though, full disclosure, the soundproofing could use an upgrade — I could occasionally hear faint hallway sounds. Nothing deal-breaking, but something to note if you’re a deep sleeper. Location-wise, it’s a winner. Walking distance to Aman Central, local cafés, and Alor Setar Tower made exploring effortless. High floors also offer a lovely city view — perfect for morning coffee or sunset photos. Little touches made my stay memorable: complimentary Wi-Fi that never faltered, modern toiletries, and those small staff gestures that made a difference — smiles, helpful directions, and quick responses whenever I needed something. Overall, Royale Signature Hotel is a great value for a 4-star stay in the heart of the city. Comfortable, convenient, and welcoming — I left feeling rested, happy, and already planning my next visit. If you’re coming to Alor Setar, this hotel will not disappoint. ?? Tip: Request a higher floor for the best city views and bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper — minor things, but your stay will be perfect!
