Guest：The super expensive minibar prices were shown on euros, but then charged back into Lek at over 50 per cent premium. The small bottle of wine, dated 2019, was undrinkable. I poured it down the sink. I tactfully suggested that I might not be charged for it, but the girl on reception insisted the stock could not be at fault as it was changed every fortnight. Not a good advert for Albanian hospitality, which elsewhere has been excellent over the past two weeks

Guest：First time in Albania,so Durres seemed a good choice,not too far from the airport.10-17th of July..Blue taxi was reliable and resonable priced,we recomend it. The 2 Kitarrat hotel is nice,a little over the top,but clean and w/potential if the maintenance will take a closer look at the small details.. The rubber from the shower door was coming off,the support of the toilet paper was not stable and it fell everytime we touched it,the fan from the bathroom in the next room, left on by the peole sleepingt there,was so loud we could not sleep one night,We informed the reception and I hope they made a note,and things were fixed. A special thanks to Amy at the reception,always nise and helpful.Thank you again Amy! The night I could not sleep because of the noisy fan, I wanted to talk at the reception and ask for another room to sleep in for the night, I went downstairs and to my surprise the gentelman that was on duty at night,was fast asleep on the couch behind a column. That was unsettling to say the least. He did not hear me and I did not wake him up.Security should not be be taken litghtly... Breakfat took place in nice area,like a green house, with one lady that was in charge,Migheina( not sure about the spelling of her name).The food was niceley arranged,so were the tables but you could not stay anywhere,because the lady preffered the first part of the room,wehre there were napkins and sugar, no salt or peper anywhere,things that were missing on the other tables. The first day we wanted coffee,the choice was limited,cups very small and only the lady was preparing them w/an automated coffee machine. We asked for a second cup and she gave us one,but the next day there was a note by the coffee machine,that breakfast is limited to one coffe and you have to pay 2eur for another one. The fryed eggs were warmed up in the microwave,never seen this one before. They do not have a kitchen on site,so things are wraped in alluminum foil,to keep them warm and it was not easy. There was cheese,olives,grilled pepers,something looking like prossciutto ,the only meet on the table that I have not tried.,sweets,some fruits,confiture,pancakes,all in limited amount. I do not think that the lady liked us very much,so we were dradding going to breakfast everymorning,not a good feeling.She was also a lot on the phone .. So we were not impressed w/breakfast or service for a 4* hotel . The hotel is very central,close to the sandy beach ,The sea was warm but had algae,more in the afternoon. Durres is not clean,the garbage bins,10 in a row in places had no lid on,the smell in that heat was very strong.There was garbage in the street that we have seen for 7 days,so nobody cleaned those streets. They did water the main road a few times. The food was good and fresh but not cheap,We loved Mema House and the service there was very personal. Icecream and coffee at Cela were very good as well. So we think that there is a lot of potential,but they need to work on the details.

Guest：?? wonderful experience at a totally different and amazing experience Staff were a joy to be around Breakfast was delicious with Wonderful service Spa was a wonder to the eye Very unique ?? I would advise going to this lovely place They also have a restaurant Which again would recommend Great singing and a great fiddle player

Guest：Très bel hotel, plein de charme. Bien situé près du front de mer. Excellent petit déjeuner et personnel très sympathique
