Guest：Dining Experience: The hotel’s dining fell short of expectations for a five-star property. Meals were repetitive with limited variety and served in large canteen-style trays, which detracted from the overall experience. Eg, breakfast lacked an egg station if you like customised omelettes or eggs cooked fresh, and pasta dishes were pre-mixed (spaghetti Bolognese needed slicing) and restricting choices for those with dietary requirements. Only two bottles of water were provided in room per day; obtaining more cups of water or other drinks required a walk to the pool bar which was inconvenient for guests spending time at the beach or based in hotel rooms - the resort featured many steps and slopes. However, the staff at the pool bar were always friendly and quick to serve guests. Good choice of cocktails. Facilities: While the hotel building and guest rooms were attractive, and staff throughout the property were consistently friendly and helpful, several amenities did not meet five-star standards. The pool was small with limited sunbeds, and its cleanliness was questionable - particularly as the partition between sections was heavily stained. No room or laundry service was available, and there was a noticeable lack of storage space and iron in room. The hotel bar was only open in the evenings and lacked ambience or entertainment, while the pool bar offered only a marginally better atmosphere. The beach itself was pleasant and the sea ideal for swimming, although the pebbly surface and heat underfoot mean wet shoes recommended. Also noted that as non-residents could rent sunbeds, it was very busy at weekends or some afternoons with locals taking advantage of amenities. Activities: Opportunities for activities and exploration were very limited. Apart from a couple of small supermarkets selling souvenirs and clothing about eight minutes’ walk away, there was little else within the local area. The local town, Lerapetra, was easy to reach by bus, tickets available in hotel shop and bus stop nearby but all explorable within a couple of hours. Have to buy tickets to return from bus station. Diving arrangements were especially disappointing and restrictive; despite my husband’s being a seasoned diver with over 30 yrs experience, he would have been required to pay €100 for an assessment dive which he accepted but was told could not book further afield dives without paying for a mandatory €80 shore dive which was unappealing, so he chose to decline. May suit those new to diving. Overall Impression: Although there were some positive aspects - the room with a lovely view, friendly staff, and pleasant beach - the overall experience did not justify a five-star rating. Significant improvements in dining options, amenities, and activity offerings are needed for the hotel to meet the standards one would expect from a luxury establishment. Guest：We're just back from an 11 day stay. What a fantastic hotel. The setting is perfect overlooking a beautiful bay. The location comprises of a main hotel and numerous small "bungalow" rooms (some with individual pools) set in beautiful grounds - it almost has a village feel. There are several pool and bar areas to choose from. There is also a fantastic beach with comfortable sunbeds that we never had difficulty in getting regardless of when we arrived. The gardens are beautiful and the whole complex is spotlessly maintained. Food is excellent with a wide choice to choose from to suit all tastes. All staff are courteous and friendly greeting you with a warm "good morning", etc whenever you pass - a nice touch. It's obvious they really want you to enjoy your stay and willingly help if you need anything. In summary, this hotel is a refreshing step above some of the other holiday hotels we have stayed in and shows how well it can be done. Thoroughly recommended - we'll be back!!

Guest：Our 3rd stay in this wonderfull hotel was again perfect. We love the wonderfull beach with the many fish You can see when snorkeling just nearby. The room was clean and had a beautiful sea view. The all inclusive food and drinks have a good variety including many local specialities. The staff in all areas (reception, restaurant, bars, cleaning) is excellent, friendly and helpfull. We felt like holidays at friends. We will for sure come again.
