Guest：Everything was perfect, great family oriented facilities and very friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean, the different activities for kids were varied and plentiful. The food was very good and extremely generous portion wise.
Guest：The wooden chalet is cosy but full of light and space, provided also by the surrounding wooden terrace. The stylish and comfortable interiors of the chalet, built with natural and local materials, provide a sense of "your home in the mountain", with a fully equipped kitchen and wine fridge. The open fireplace lights the magic of the spaces and warms your inner soul while the views of the trees allows you to breath in the pure air of the surrounding mountains. To have the morning Südtirol breakfast delicacies set on your kitchen table while you sleep, ready to be enjoyed at your own wake-up time, is the wisest choice to start your day of rest and relaxation in this beautiful area. Last but not least , the outside hot-tub and the private sauna add those touches of rejuvenation and relax to the mountain experience. I will be definitively coming back.
Guest：This is a wonderful place if you have children as there are so many well thought out things for young children to do both with the staff and also hikes, parties, pony rides which can be enjoyed with the parents. During the day children can be amused with special movies, and age appropriate activities while the grown ups can take advantage of the many spa offerings or just sit around the pool and relax. We were two older adults who wanted to just relax for a few days and were able to do just that.
Guest：Excellent hotel, particularly for families with children. We've been there at least twice a year for the last 4-5 years. The food is wonderful, the spa is incredible, the surroundings are beautiful and the children always have a great time... and all this despite the hotel not being too large, which gives a more homey and relaxing atmosphere. We'll be back soon enough.
