  • Guest：Beautiful and clean! Enjoyed our time. The A/C kept dripping because of the humidity but at least it worked the whole time we were there. Very friendly and courteous staff. We never complained about the A/C as it was a minor issue.
  • Guest：We have stayed at the Desoto Beach Terrace (2nd floor) several times, we absolutely love it. It is old but we love the character of the house. The staff is always accommodating and very helpful and friendly. The house does need a few updates such as rug’s etc but overall it’s a great place to stay that’s on the beach. Great view of the ocean. We love Tybee Island and Desoto beach properties.
  • Guest：Great view if 3rd floor. The set up was a little different since you had to check in at the neighboring hotel. We were on the 3rd floor terrace which provided the only unobstructed view of the beach. My issue were with the rugs. They didn't seem as clean as they could be.
  • Guest：Found a huge patch of either mildew or mold on the sofa mattress.
