Guest：First of all, sorry for my poor English. ?? We really enjoyed staying at this hotel, it’s good-located: near are subway station, shops and cafes. It also has a good view on city on higher floors. Staff helped me with alipay ?? thanks for this a lot, I really appreciate it and understand that you did it just because you wanted to help and not because you must do it as a hotel workers. Also we loved breakfasts. It had a big variety and always were fresh and tasty. In my opinion it were several minor points that you can improve in your rooms, but it will raise convenience a lot: 1. Towel/clothes hooks. There were no place to hang towel near sink or shower, so towels always just lie around somewhere. In our second room they were in toilet (have no ideas why so) 2. Cleanliness of windows. They were messy in both rooms we stayed this October. Anyway, thanks for you service and hospitality! Next time in Shanghai we definitely go to your hotel again and hope to get the same good experience.
