  • Guest：Habitación con cama de matrimonio, armario peque?o, una silla y un sillón; y cuarto de ba?o con ducha, y con vistas a la ciudad. La habitación muy bien climatizada, pues a pesar de que en el exterior hacía bastante frío, en la habitación hacía incluso calor. El hotel tiene un salón bastante grande con sofás para los clientes donde está la cafetería. Estuvimos cuatro días hospedados, éramos un grupo bastante numeroso, 60 personas, y todo fue muy bien. Buen desayuno, variedad de pan, companaje, frituras, fruta variada, cafés y algo de bollería (algo escasa), suficiente para desayunar. Comimos tres días en el restaurante, y tanto la comida, como el servicio de los camareros, excelente, y la comida muy rica. También hicimos uso de la cafetería para tomar algún café, e incluso una noche cenamos allí, y todo muy rico. Como observación, la entrada del hotel no tiene rampa de acceso, tiene una rampa-silla eléctrica. El hotel está situado a unos diez minutos andando del centro. En la zona es fácil aparcar en la calle. En definitiva un buen hotel, y el personal muy amable.

  • Guest：We were given a room on the second floor overlooking the swimming pool and garden where a bouncy castle is situated for parties. Unfortunately for us we had a very disturbed night with guitar playing and out of tune singing from below which went on till 2.00am. The room is fine though the shower is temperamental and can soak the bathroom as it spins out of its wall attachment! It is advertised that English is spoken but it isn't and trying to navigate the menu for dinner is a nightmare. I would suggest that an English translation is obtained. Google translate is helpful but not always accurate. Ubeda is an interesting city with many beautiful buildings and is well worth a visit though the hotel is about a thirty minute walk to the old town centre. The museum of St John of the Cross is particularly interesting as is a tour of the small mediaeval synagogue.
  • Guest：Todo bien en general en el hotel, la atención, limpieza e instalaciones. Un poco lejos del pueblo pero tampoco demasiado. Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. El personal en general fue atento. Un poco de ruido en algunos momentos de la noche.
