Guest：Our first time in Hanoi. Upon check in, we were well received by receptionist, Linh and a very friendly bellboy. Husband requested for an upgrade and Linh accommodated our requests. The hotel close to everything, guests will definitely spoiled for choices. The breakfast was alright, nothing fantastic but good enough to fill your stomach if you are not a choosy person. They do run out of croissants very fast. However, I just want to highlight that the wifi connection was really poor. It will get disconnected frequently. Will definitely recommend Grand Collection Hotel to families, couple and solo travelers.
