Guest：Very nice view from our room widows. There are full of different types restaurants on the ground floor. But If you close the window, the sound proof is excellent which I typically want to recommend. Stuffs are friendly and helpful, willing to give you recommendations if you are first-time visitors. They even wrote a welcome card. They have a ballroom here just opposite the reception, holding different personal events every night. I like the vibe which means it's popular place and safe. The hotel is friendly to those who travel with dogs. They have special bed and food for dogs. But we didn't need it and the dog net door barked very early in the morning. We were OK with it. At the other aspect, the hotel goes too much. The breakfast is allllll for vegetarians. Yes, all. As a guest, you are left with no choice. This is the only point that I particularly hate. Be whatever you like, just don't push others to do the something, especially when you are running a business.

Guest：My stay was ok. The most unfortunate aspect of my stay was I had no hot water on Tuesday morning. No phone call from reception to let me know. It wasn't till my sister rang to ask if I had hot water, to which I had none. Reception weren't picking up and we had to be at the hospital for an early cheek in. Once I went down stairs to enquire the response was " sorry the whole hotel is affected. Not good enough for a hotel of its rate. No offer of any sort, just deal with it. Extremely disappointing
