Guest：We wanted a family friendly holiday with two children and that's exactly what we got. Yes, the rooms are tired looking and the beds aren't very comfortable, the tiling looks like it's been put on by a drunk blind person, but they are clean and very functional. The animation team have been phenomenal, my three year old has had the best time playing with them and being treated like a king, nothing has been too much trouble. The staff have been great, always helpful and nothing too much trouble. If you want a holiday filled with fun, sun, sand and great memories, look no further. If you're looking for a 5* luxury room, this isn't the place for you.

Guest：Sat on the beach writing this. The hotel is great and the staff are lovely. Beds are the only real issue. Very uncomfortable. The animation team have been very good with me and especially the kids. We have had some issues with our children due to the heat and general grumpieness but the animation team have been amazing. Beer is cold and refreshing (Celtia) we have had a good 2 weeks.
