Guest：Ants & trash in the room. We are moved to another room & the shower was broken. The service was slow. The entire hotel was ran down & dirty. Alcohol bottle in the stair way. I would NEVER stay there again & likely not another Sheraton.

Guest：Basic hotel near LAX great for getting a quick night's rest before the start of a holiday. Easy to get to from the airport, with a car rental company located just across the road

Guest：We had a bad experience with the shower. We came late in the evening and all we were hoping for was to get a nice warm bath and a good rest after a long-haul flight across the Pacific Ocean, before embarking on our next flight very early in the following morning. But to our dismay, the shower drain was severly clogged and we had to call the reception to get it fixed. The guy they sent couldn't fix it and we just ended up wasting a lot of time. I the end we couldn't take a shower and we went to bed very late because of all the unclogging drama. We were so tired the we didn't even have the energy to change rooms any more. The hotel is very old and has not been renewed. They charge a lot but what they offer is not up to the standard any more. Very disappointing and frustrating.
