Guest：The room I got was not the room I booked. The photos online showed a much nicer and very different room, which is why I chose this hotel. But when I checked in, I was given something completely different. It was really disappointing and felt misleading.

Guest：Clearly a refurbished hotel and excellent value for money too. Location is good just outside the southern entrance to the moated city, lots of local bars and food stalls, maid service daily and decent showering facilities, coffee and water supplied in the room each day.
