  • Guest：Overall We were satisfied with our stay .The hotel , rooms and Toilets were clean. Parking was free this was a bonus for us and reasonably priced
  • Guest：I’m very disappointed with how the staff handle guests’ privacy. On multiple occasions, including during my most recent stay, someone from the staff entered my room without permission before checkout time. This has now happened five times, which is completely unacceptable. Every guest deserves privacy and peace until checkout, not to be disturbed repeatedly. I hope management takes this seriously, as this behaviour is unprofessional and makes the stay very uncomfortable.

  • Guest：I stay at Travelodge mostly for work (but have also chosen to stay for leisure on occassion). The various sites are all of a certain standard, which I appreciate because I know what I will get during my stays. The Whitemare Pool Travelodge is in a similar state to the majority of Travelodges I have stayed at, that haven't had a recent face-lift: a bit dated but clean and comfortable. I had a good night's rest on a comfortable bed and had everything I needed in my room. My three requirements- clean, comfortable and quiet were met. The staff was professional, helpful and accommodating, sorting me a quiet room (windows overlooked trees and a path). This Travelodge is perfectly adequate for a reasonable price. Useful to have a couple of food options on the doorstep. Plentiful parking.
