Guest：The staff is really friendly the service received from a member of staff Kaisey i think her name was. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. I had an issue in the room some things were missing she had given us the desk number incase. Kaisey went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable, answering all my questions with patience and professionalism and always with a smile. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly takes pride in their role and makes guests feel so valued. Her positive attitude really stood out also when I was checking in there alot of people with complaining about the key not working. She dealt with that promptly. Thank you

Guest：The Travelodge was easy to find. Parking was easy. Reception couldn’t find our booking by name but found by booking reference. The corridors were cold but the room was warm. The room was comfortable with plenty of towels and refreshments. The bathroom door damaged. We ate in the restaurant. Violeta gave us a lovely warm welcome. She made sure we had everything we needed and explained everything really well. Her colleague, Akhil smiled and helped by preparing the food. Thank you.
