Guest：Staff unprofessional. Hair founded in the food, upon arrival at midnight we requested a bottle of water as we arrived at midnight straight from the airport and we were denied although we have booked all inclusive, very rude the staff that were always asking the room number when we were plating our meals, made us feel like we were stealing the food, €150 deposit required that was not stated nowhere and we had to stay for more than 20 minutes upon arrival to discuss about this matter at reception and negociate the amount to pay. In the end we were allowed to accommodate but we did felt humiliated. Next morning when I woke up I had to made photos with the room things that were damaged so that they would not claim anything from us…later show them upon check out. Food was acceptable, but the staff was constantly watching you when plating and distressed us with their requests of the room number I would not recommend this to anyone and we wouldn’t come back definitely. In the future I would advise you to give to the guests a few bottles of water, especially for those that booked all inclusive, made us feel terrible when you denied such a simple request at midnight.

Guest：Wonderful resort. Really great food with lots of varieties and great Mexican, Italian and Portuguese nights!! Beautiful pool and really friendly helpful staff. Quiet and tranquil but lots of entertainment if you want it !! Really recommend ??

Guest：Nous avons passé deux semaines avec ma fille, et avons passés de très bonnes et belles vacances avec pleins de souvenirs. L'hotel est situé à 10/15 minutes à pieds de la plage 'Praia da rocha', promenade possible, rue animé/commer?ante. La chambre/studio (frigo/petite plaque de cuisson/ accessoires cuisine) , qui nous a été attribué était correcte, matelas bon, propre malgré un passage ménage tout les 2 jours. Pas d'ascenseurs, escaliers uniquement. Piscine avec un espace agréable entre carrelage et pelouse et transat assez nombreux. Piscine non surveiller, mais les indications profondeur sont bien indiqués et séparés par un filet pour le c?té plus profond 2.80 de mémoire. Restauration de l'hotel plus que correcte, buffet variés entre viande/poisson, légumes...et même des attentions particulières pour les plus petits. Le petit moins, le café pas assez fort à mon go?t. A faire : Je recommande les grutas de Benagil, des chanceux peuvent voir des Dauphins comme nous ?? La réception peut vous aider à l'organisation de la visite ! Ils sont adorables. Notre coup de c?ur ?? La ville de ferrugado, flaner dans un village authentique, nous y sommes allés en Uber tarifs très raisonnable. Le petit secret de l'hotel, 'la porte Rosa'??
