Guest：The experience at PC Hotel didn’t match what we had with Avari. The service here fell short in several areas, but above all, none of the restaurants serve food outside the buffet timings, which was quite inconvenient.

Guest：Dear Team, I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay. Last year when we stayed at PC Hotel Karachi, the sauna in the health club was not working. This time, the steam room was out of order. The entire health club looks very old, almost 40 years old, with no upgrades. Even the wooden lockers are worn out and damaged. The breakfast was also average. Considering the room rate we paid, we could have stayed at M?venpick Hotel Karachi for the same price. Their health club is excellent, and the rooms have been recently renovated. In comparison, M?venpick feels like a proper 5-star hotel, while PC Karachi seems closer to a 3- or 4-star standard.
