Guest：This is generally a very nice hotel in a great location (a few minutes’ walking distance to the lake and Minimundus, ideal for driving along the lake or heading south to the Karawankentunnel and Slovenia) with great facilities. We enjoyed the large outdoor pool and the indoor spa area, including the pool and chill-out area. We both got massages from Tin, who was lovely and provided great advice for our next travel destination in Croatia. Staff everywhere in the hotel were helpful and courteous. A few “buts”… While the breakfast buffet is fantastic and offers a great variety of dishes, it is distinctly overpriced at €25/pp. I am not a great breakfast eater and had to force myself to eat an awful lot more than I normally would or felt like just to make it worthwhile. In fact, this was the only hotel we stayed in in both Austria and Croatia where breakfast was charged extra. Not impressed. We did not dine here in the evening as the outdoor area appeared to be closed and the menu looked pretentious and overpriced. The superior room was lovely but had no tea or coffee-making facilities, nor any free water. This would seem particularly peculiar in a “spa hotel” where spa staff always advises clients to drink plenty of tea and water after treatment. There were few plugs in the room and the cleaning staff only ever arrived mid-afternoon. Nonetheless, the hotel left us with a positive overall impression. It’s modern, friendly, well-located and has some great facilities – what’s not to like?

Guest：von A wie Ankunft bis Z wie Zimmer: alles hat uns sehr gefallen. - Personal: ob Hausdienst, Zimmerm?dchen, im Restaurant, Wellness, Rezeption, alle waren immer sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. - Zimmer: Superior Zimmer mit Balkon, Minibar, offene Dusche, modernes Design, genügend "Stauraum" - Sauberkeit: nix zu beanstanden, alles pic-o-bello - Essen: Frühstück sehr gut, sehr grosse Auswahl, gute Qualit?t. Nachtessen beidesmal ausgezeichnet, aufmerksame Bedienung. - Wellness: finnische Sauna, Dampfbad, Tepidarium, Infrarot Kabine und "Nebel-Eis-Grotte", Indoor Pool, Ruher?ume drinnen und (noch besser) draussen. Zwei kleine "Minuspunkte", welche die "nur" 99 % Zufriedenheit erkl?ren: - keine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer (wird sich eventuell in Zukunft ?ndern) und die Konsumationen in der Bar k?nnen nicht auf's Zimmer gebucht werden. summa summarum: es hat uns gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne mal wieder. Absolut zu empfehlen.
