Guest：Every was good for the hotel. But the problem with TRIP.com, doesnt help much on booking connecting room with my kids. At the end I have to pay extra RM150, just to set the room next to each other. So disapointing with this apps.

Guest：Decent experience however weather wasn’t the best this time year, loads of rain. Rooms were clean and hotel accommodated our request as we were a large group (9 pax + 3 kids). Breakfast was decent as well, although some items were finished 30 mins before end of service. Would come back when the weather is better!
