  • Guest：Given the room rates and the fact that this is a standard-class hotel, this would be the best place you could stay in Surigao City. The hotel seems to have been recently renovated. The room I got was clean, and everything (including the air conditioner, bathroom, and refrigerator) was working. While the complimentary breakfast offers minimal choices, it is a buffet rather than a plated breakfast. For those who want to have specific things at breakfast, I would suggest you either bring it with you or store it in the refrigerator; if not, buy it from the Gaisano Mall down the street.
  • Guest：This is where my aunt’s wedding was held. We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights and I can say that the accommodation was good. The room is clean and air-conditioned, the bed is soft and big, and their food is delicious, especially the iced tea. But I only gave four stars because there were things that bothered us during that stay. First, they didn't let us use the pool even if the cut-off was at 8 pm and we went there to swim at 6 pm. Second, there are creepy experiences during the night because there are knocks but there is no one outside once we open the door. The lights and water would suddenly turn off without a reason. But we understand because it's an old hotel already. Nonetheless, our stay was well taken care of by the staff and the wedding was successful so it was still worth it.
