  • Guest：This hotel isn’t far from subway station. There are a lot of restaurants around the hotel. There are a lot of amenities. They clean our room everyday.
  • Guest：房间乾湿分离非常好，洗澡非常舒服。早餐感觉物有所值，特别是牛肉饼好吃。比较丰富。不好的是感觉衞生的确不行。住五晚都不换床单被套，第一天住进去就感觉全身痒，感觉是蟎虫。不得不涂无比滴。
  • Guest：Good location. Rather small room size. Good breakfast. Convenient to connect all rails.Many restaurants down below, no 7/11 around till near Umeda sation.No gym no spa is a pity.
  • Guest：love the location, you can take the stairs just outside next to the Hotel Entrance to Whitty Underground mall which connects to Metro, Hankyu Dept Store, All train including JR Osaka, other shopping mall nearby etc (easier for us, cuz its cold so to avoid walking outside, although might be easier to walk outside too if you re not comfortable navigating ur way inside the underground cuz its sooo big n might get lost). clean room with bathrobe, and slipper. stayed for 4 days. they provide water at the lobby (bring ur own bottle). there is 7e, famima and donquihote nearby, very near just behind the hotel.
