  • Guest：Lovely quaint hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Centrally located and great atmosphere.

  • Guest：I truly appreciate the staff at this hotel. ? Upon arrival, the male staff welcomed me with a cheerful tone that immediately made me feel friendly and comfortable in Bern. ? After check-out, the female staff kindly allowed me to store my baggage so I could enjoy a full day exploring the city. She also let me rest in the lobby while waiting for my train, without any hesitation. ? Later, the same male staff noticed I had been waiting for a long time and thoughtfully suggested I visit a nearby shopping center. His advice was very helpful—it gave me a relaxing place to wait close to the train station, without the stress of rushing or walking too far to the platform.
  • Guest：Hotel is just beside the train station. All attractions is within walking distance. There is a supermarket nearby and shipping mall. They also provide free local transport during our stay.
