Guest：The room was good however, upon arrival nobody will lead you to the room and the receptionist give directions to the stairs and room and you have to find it.

Guest：Upon early arrival, our room was ready, clean and welcoming. Brian at the check in counter was very friendly and helpful with local recommendations. The room was very clean and appeared to have been recently updated. We stayed here with our three children and there was plenty of space for all of us. We will keep the Best Western Plus Inn At the Vines at the top of our list for future stays!

Guest：Only issue was we had downstairs room right in the corner where entrance to rooms is. Was so noisy every time someone went in and out. Upstairs guess were loud, walking back and forth all hours of the night. We were not able to sleep much.
