Guest：This hotel did not disappoint, from amenities, to breakfast food, and definitely worth traveling to their Onsen!
Guest：The onsen facilities were fantastic. Plenty of options and can spend half a day just doing onsen. Definitely worth the stay for anyone wanting to visit Arimaonsen.
Guest：Right next to the onsen complex which has more than five types of onsen and sauna. The onsen itself is a tourist spot worth visiting. The room is newly renovated and clean.
Guest：The hotel has an overall old and dated feel, and many of the facilities are showing signs of age. The bedding was clean, though we did notice one or two small bugs, possibly due to the hotel being close to the forest. The Yukata were also quite worn. The night-shift front desk staff seemed to have some difficulty with English, as we were still directed to the wrong floor for dinner even after confirming. However , the dinner it’s definitely nice and fine dining , fresh and tasty . The WiFi connection was not very strong.
