  • Guest：This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. Our experience at this hotel was even better the second time around. At check in, we made a mistake with booking but the staff was able to remedy the problem. We didn't have to go look for another hotel, which was great after a long day of travel. The room was clean and spacious. Housekeeping staff was readily available and pleasant to interact with. Breakfast was a nice bonus. The food was simple but essential. I'm glad we had the option to start of with breakfast at the hotel before exploring the city since there is a line at every restaurant. We would be hungry if we didn't have breakfast before leaving the hotel. Lastly, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. They had small conversations to keep us entertained. They helped us store things in the freezer until we left. Overall, we had a very positive experience and will certainly keep them in mind next time we visit Paris.
