会员7353：房间的地毯是湿的，非常湿，酒店不但没有及时协调更换房间。因为地毯是湿的被子掉在地毯上造成被套污染酒店要求旅客进行赔偿，是一种极其无耻的行为，酒店本身的问题不但不解决还要让旅客承担责任，这是明显的欺客宰客行为。奉劝大家不要选择，对面的如家商旅更为专业让人安心: 2019-08-19
