Minors may only check in when accompanied by a legal guardian. At the time of check-in, guests may be asked to present identification, a parental consent form, and documents verifying the relationship with the guardian. If verification is not possible, accommodation may be restricted.

However, minors who are in the year of turning 19 and prior to their birthday may check in without a guardian only when all of the following documents are provided: a hotel-designated accommodation consent form, a family relationship certificate, and a copy of the guardian’s identification.
