  • Guest：Lors de la réservation nous avions demandé un duplex. Il y en a peu et jamais disponibles. Emplacement proche des remonte. Personnel compréhensif vu nos déconvenues. Homme à tout faire/ réparer d’origine italienne particulièrement agréable et gentil. Une chambre sur les deux est aveugle et sans fenêtre. Lors de notre entrée dans l’appartement le ménage est ni fait ni à faire. Cuvette des toilettes sale (après passage d’une simple lingette elle réappara?t blanche) vaisselle douteuse (traces de lèvres sur un verre) grille du four non nettoyée et restes alimentaires grillés, cheveux sur les matelas , moutons sous les lits dans les placards , même sur la table traces de confiture ou autre élément collant. Odeurs de détergent dans la salle de bain mais pas de coup d’éponge ( après passage par nos soin d’un coup d’éponge la baignoire blanchit miraculeusement! Etc etc etc Deux salles de bain mais un seul tapis de bain. Accroche serviette cassé dans la salle de bain… Pas d’aspirateur seulement un balai, ceci explique peut être cela. Nous avons payé 50€ pour les frais de ménage et nous avons rendu l’appartement plus propre que ce que nous l’avons trouvé! Par curiosité nous avons regardé les avis et le problème de propreté est récurent et aucune action.

  • Guest：Whilst these apartments are great value and well located in a decent resort, they unfortunately let themselves down with some easy to fix issues. The good stuff: we had a four bedroom apartment for 8 people and it felt spacious. The decor was rustic, no frills, inoffensive. The block was quiet with no noise at all from other apartments. Nice view of the river. Reasonable selection of pots and pans, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. Places to put food. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool is nice and clean, although absolutely freezing, in particular the changing rooms, to the extent that most of our party didn't use it. Free underground parking if there is space - we had no problem in January. Could improve: The cleaning policies in place leave a lot to be desired. The fact that cleaning comes at an additional cost is unusual these days, and raised concerns about the thoroughness of the cleaning process between stays. Upon our arrival, it was evident that our apartment had not been professionally cleaned as we had expected (There was fluff and dog hair all up the stairs, and the shower had grime and hair all round the tray.). The management reacted well and sent a cleaner the next morning, although they only addressed some of the issues. We certainly weren't inclined to incur additional costs for cleaning services for the benefit of the next guests. The whole set-up is confusing, with vague mentions in the paperwork about tasks like cleaning windows and mopping floors. These tasks were visibly neglected before our arrival, leading to uncertainty about our responsibilities. We've never had to do these things at any other properties. Despite the paperwork, reception assured us that only the kitchen needed cleaning, which seemed reasonable. We'd prefer to pay slightly more to have the knowledge that cleaning is included for all guests. One of the bedrooms had no wardrobe and there was a locked wardrobe on the landing which couldn't be used. Some useful info: There is no direct access from the car park to the blocks, so a luggage trolley or sack truck is quite useful. The ski lockers don't have heated boot warmers, and are not in the best location. We ended up paying to rent a ski locker at the gondola station which was good value and very much easier. This is not essential, but a useful option. The walk is fairly short (300 meters?) and importantly flat so this is not a major issue.
  • Guest：Appartement 4 pièces vraiment spacieux, assez bien équipé et agréable…. Jusqu’au moment de se coucher…. Les vélux ne sont absolument pas insonorisés (peut-être lié à l’ajout d’une aération ?) et on a l’impression de dormir sur la départementale qui est hélas plut?t très fréquentée même la nuit et des travaux sont également en cours sur le c?té donc des débuts assez matinaux…Quel dommage car vraiment tout était la pour d’excellentes vacances. L’emplacement dans la station est idéal. La possibilité d’un parking en sous sol est un plus et le personnel d’accueil est particulièrement agréable et arrangeant. Les horaires d’ouverture de la piscine sont assez larges. Très correct également au niveau de la propreté. La taille de la tv est un peu juste… la table du balcon est également inadaptée pour huit.
