The staff were all very friendly with all our families. We were at the hotel during spring break for a stay invacation with cousins. Grandparents and 4 families. Very comfortable sleeping , grest pool area with games that our kids enjoyed.

Pleasantly surprised. Great location for a college visit. Clean rooms and staff very nice. Free breakfast was OK, hot food not great but everything else very convenient.

So convenient to the airport. All areas are clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast is great. Our choice for lodging when flying out of Albany.

The hotel was not clean and my room was never cleaned. I ran out of clean towels and toilet paper. The fitenss center was absolutely filthy. Such as shame I will not stay there again. I told the Assitant manager who seemed un impressed that it was gross!

Quiet, convenient location to the airport with a nice breakfast buffet & indoor pool that kids enjoyed. Plenty of parking & good sized rooms.

This hotel is clean & that is a top Priority for us. Great location. Convenient to the Thruway. We have stayed here a number of times.
