嘿夏天 HeySummer Homestay~ 200m Jetty/Netflix/Games(HeySummer Homestay~ 200m Jetty/Netflix/Games)

非常满意这次的住宿，看到照片马上预订了这一家，果然太美了，也超级干净，床和被子都香香的！??而且就在市中心，楼下各种吃的/便利商店都有！主理人isabella非常热情，自助入住也非常容易！预订了isabella推荐的跳岛配套，我们一家人都玩到很开心，跳岛完直接从丰盛港码头走路3分钟就到民宿洗澡，然后再到附近的餐馆吃晚餐，真的超级方便！去了非常美的岛屿??? 也很喜欢民宿里面提供的各种游戏，饮水机，毛巾，非常周到，下次一定还会再来！非常推荐！

Great staff, room was OK, noise from traffic was a bit loud. Front desk was cheerful and welcoming, especially Eunice, she really brightens up the whole experience.

The staff were so friendly welcoming. Helped when needed. Even stored insulin in fridge The cleaning staff were helpful. The managers Silvia and the front desk kayse were amazing came and went throu a form due to wheelchair Will definitely be back

Location is fantastic by rail, ASDA and a short walk to downtown area. Exceptional value. Only downsides might be the noise from roadway and lack of AC especially during heatwave (noise made worse by having to keep window open).

This is a newly furnished Travelodge in a prime location with a superb staff. It's right across from the station and has free parking if you're in a car. It looks a little isolated but all you do is cross two roads where the metal sculpture is and you see the btewhouse then the highest with a lovely wetherspoons is 5 mins from the hotel. Walk down the pedestrianised high st and you're at the quay. Underneath the hotel is Costa and Subway then at the side is Asda. The rooms are spotless and look lovely The show head is detachable so great for showering kids as there is no bath. I can only say good things about it. Would recommend to anyone.

Very clean, comfortable, modern room. Only minus was broken shower holder and broken shower gel dispenser. Happy to recommend. Location is handy for everything.

Stayed for 3 nights outstanding customer services very clean room excellent breakfast, fresh hot, lots of choice , good service on the bar in the evening from the 2 lads and the lady on Sunday, Monday & Tuesday who went above and beyond with excellent customer service very friendly professional and helpful I believe they were Jack and Grantas and kacey, Eunice was excellent in the morning, great location convenient for the town, harbour, train station good parking, nothing was to much trouble for anyone, easy to find when arriving into Poole look forward to returning again. The manager and assistant managers were most helpful, professional and friendly along with all the team thank you for a lovely stay.

I stay here from time to time when I have an early start for fishing trips and don’t want to do the long drive twice in a day Toni and her team are fantastic, always a friendly welcome and they can’t do enough to help ( food even at late night times) always good value and a perfect location

Shocking customer service from Toni, asked politely for a iron was ignored so went down and got it myself. Then asked for a fan at reception as temp is currently 30+ in the room was told she will send someone with it shorty. This never happened! Room 225 on the 10/07.
